Add a decent RTL handling without the need to switch either bet. LTR & RTL layout, as a start not necessary to have the whole UI re-programmed to have an RTL view, as a matter of fact, most of the multi-lingual with different directions notes don't necessarily require a curated RTL UI to be captured well, and deal with the note content itself.
